How do I book a transfer?

What does a transfer from Kastrup to Malmö cost?
Standard price for Kastrup-Malmö transfer is 899 SEK for up to 4 people. For groups and longer distances, contact us for a quote.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We automatically track all flights and adjust pickup times according to flight schedules. No extra charge for delays or early arrivals.
How much luggage can I bring?
Normal carry-on baggage and two suitcases per person are included in the price. For larger baggage or special cargo, please contact us in advance.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes, free cancellation up to 6 hours before departure. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the travel cost will be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment to the driver or advance payment by bank transfer. Cards can be used in some vehicles.
Do you operate every day?
Yes, we offer transfer services 7 days a week, year-round. Including weekends and holidays at regular prices.
How do I find the driver at the airport?
Our driver will wait with a name sign at the arrival area. We send contact information in the confirmation email.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes, we offer discounts for return trips. Book both journeys at the same time for the best price.
What's the difference between your vehicle types?
Standard: Comfortable cars for up to 4 people. Executive: Larger luxury cars with extra space and comfort. Minibus: For groups up to 8 people.
Do I need to confirm my booking?
No, once you receive confirmation from us, your trip is guaranteed. We will contact you if there are any changes.
