Terms and conditions for Copenhagen Shuttle's transfer services
1. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made by phone, email, or through our website. Confirmation is sent within 24 hours. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT. Payment is made in cash to the driver or by advance payment as agreed.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before departure. Cancellations later than 6 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the journey cost.
4. Flight Tracking
We monitor flight schedules automatically and adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals at no extra charge.
5. Luggage and Extra Load
Normal carry-on baggage and two suitcases per person are included. Larger baggage or special cargo may incur additional charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
We have comprehensive traffic insurance and professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited according to Swedish legislation for road transport.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Personal Data
We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read our privacy policy for more information.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be made within 7 days after the completed journey. Contact us at order@cphshuttle.se.
10. Applicable Law
Swedish law applies to all agreements. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
